Mountain Living Magazine called Persephone the best bakery in Jackson, describing it as, “bringing a touch of Paris to the Wild West.” Offering delicious baked goods, incredible coffee, and a clean menu, Persephone is the place to go for a lighter fare that doesn’t go light on the flavor or quality. What originally started as a log cabin became a blacksmith shop which turned into a bakery that is now a restaurant. But the transformation has been only a positive one as The Bunnery serves one of the best breakfast menus (including the freshest juices) in Jackson Hole. 8. Gun Barrel
