While ski season in Jackson Hole begins to wind down this time of year with Jackson Hole Mountain Resort shuttering for the season on April 13 and Grand Targhee Resort closing for the season on April 20, Yellowstone National Park will alternatively be ready to open additional gates to visitors. The west entrance to Yellowstone National Park, which is easily within reach of Jackson Hole, opens back up to visitors for the season on the third Friday in April starting at 8:00 am.
